- Moviehouse and Eatery – In April it was announced that Craig Ranch would be getting a new cinema and restaurant. Planned near the northeast corner of Custer Road and State Highway 121, the 40,000 square foot theater and dining chain should feature 10 screens and is scheduled to open in the Spring of 2016.
- Commercial Epicenter – Within the first six months of 2015, Craig Ranch completed more than $132 million worth of deals totaling 58 acres of land to be used for commercial and residential development. These deals will bring more residents into Craig Ranch, with neighborhood developments expecting an additional 20,000 people to move into the area within the next five years.
- New Retail Development – At the start of 2015, it was announced that an affiliate of Dallas-based Encore Enterprises Inc. acquired a 20-acre piece of land to be used for a new retail development within Craig Ranch, which will be called Marketplace at Craig Ranch.
